A few weeks ago, I received a link to an online version of this Russian "Alien Race Book" by Dante Santori, who together with a Ukrainian friend, translated it from Russian into English.
I wasn't sure what to do with it and I'm glad to have found that this German uploader was able to turn it into a video, together with an interview of Santori as the soundtrack, in which he describes the origins of this book.
The book was said to be an ongoing compilation project by a few government agents in Eastern European countries, where they were to add details to the entries, as they were made aware of them.
ET aficionados will recognize "Annunaki," "Pleiadians," "Greys," "Zeta Reticuli," "Reptilians" (with slightly different names) and even the newly-debuted "Homo Capensis" (called "Ramay" in this compendium) - but there are a whole mess of other guys, who few will have ever heard about or else will have conflated with one of the above.

In Dec. 2012 the Russian Prime Minister confirmed the existence of intelligent extraterrestrial life after being interviewed on Russian TV. Why has our Mainstream Media not shared this information with "we the people?"
Dante Santori published "Introduction to Alien Races" and offers the book in multiple languages, FREE online. Dante's story has many twists and turns and as he says "all I want is for people to make up their own mind." What would you have done if you'd found secret Russian government files exposing the existence of Aliens and their Early visitations? Hide them, sell them or share them?
